Saturday 10-15-2022 In the presence of 35 participants from the strategic partner associations of the Misr El Kheir Foundation in the governorates of (Aswan, Beni Suef, Cairo, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia, and Menoufia), the operational planning training activities for civil society organizations were completed. Stages of operational planning and preparing a successful operational plan. Types of goals and steps to build them. SWOT analysis. How to formulate goals (general - sub - specific).
